The Architectural Committee reviews and approves proposed modifications to a homeowners property and house.

Please download and print out the following form for any modifications you are planning to your house or property. Place the completed form in the Architectural Committee mail slot in the Summerset Vista clubhouse. The Architecture Committee review the application and inform you of the outcome.
